SUPER ZINC

Feature: This product is a highly active anti-corrosion spray paint, which contains highly purified zinc powder. The paint combines advantages of ordinary zinc galvanizing technique and zinc-spraying paint, providing reliable cathodic protection for metals underneath. The unique way of aerosol spraying makes zinc galvanizing as easy as painting, at the same time provides long term protective performance over 10 years.

Application:

1. Widely used for long-term protection of steel components and establishments such as iron bars, outdoor iron pipes, iron towers, steel frames, containers, bridges, outdoor signs, etc.

2. Suitable for the repairing and protection of welding joints, rivet joints and zinc galvanizing layers.

Direction:

1. Surface preparation: New surfaces should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 (or Ra12.5). Surfaces painted with zinc-rich paints should be removed by No-remaining Paint Remover and cleaned by appropriate tools. Surfaces painted with this product or galvanized with hot-dipping technique should be cleaned away dusts, oils and flakings.

2. Spray: Shake can vigorously until the glass beads in the can move for one to two minutes before spraying and occasionally while in use to ensure uniformity and prevent clogging. Hold the can 20cm from the surface to be sprayed, press spray button firmly with steady even strokes while moving can rapidly back and forth.

3. For reparation: 2-3 layers of paint is necessary and the thickness is depending on the damages of original layers.

4. If a topcoat with a specific co lour is needed, it is suggested to apply after 6 hours of the application of this product. (Alkyd paint should not be used as topcoats.)

5. If not used up, invert the can and spray for 3 seconds to clean the nozzle.

Precaution:

1. Ensure good protection and good ventilation during application and drying. Avoid spraying in rainy day or freezing environment.

2. Contents are extremely inflammable and under pressure. Keep away from heat, flame, spark and any other source of ignition.

3. Store in cool and dry places not more than 40℃.Do not clash, puncture, or incinerate the can.

4. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

5. Keep out of the reach of children.
